Nil Textile Industry and Trade JsC (hereinafter referred to as “Nilteks”), has been established as a textile company in Istanbul in 1953 and still one of the long-established firm in the Turkish textile industry. Our firm is one of the pioneer firms in the industry that keep up with changing customer needs without sacrificing quality.Nilteks story begins in 1949, when Mr. Hazday Reyna arrived in Istanbul from Canakkale for a living. Believing his future lay in commerce, Mr. Reyna began his working life as an apprentice in a textile workshop in the Sultanhamam Bazaar in Istanbul, going on to start his own business a few years later, in 1953. From humble beginnings, when Mr. Hazday Reyna and Mr. Izak Molinas started a small business to manufacture lining products, Nilteks has grown and developed their production into a variety of quality fabrics in time.
In 1968, Mr. Reyna was elected as the Chairman of the Board at BİSAŞ; a best-known company in Turkey that specialized in cotton yarn and towel production, located at Bursa. He has cooperated with İzmir Taç and Adana Ozbucak factories on assisting in their production development stages. He was the advisor in the forming of famous fabric dying facility Teknik Color.
Nilteks has also started table cloth manufacturing in 1995. In recent, tablecloths and bed linens are being produced and successfully serviced to many local hotels, international hotels, restaurants, and airlines companies with worldwide standards.
