These girls are taking a break from the hard work of deciding what to wear, fending off the competition for the most outlandish costume, and strutting their stuff up and down Omotesando Street - Harajuku's "Champs Elysees". Though many Japanese suspect that cosplay kids are 'wannabe' models, especially since the majority of cosplay displays are in Harajuku - Tokyo's fashion district, most of these kids are from the countryside and are just coming into Tokyo for a lark.
