This product is a custom built brand new official Playstation 5 Controller (PS5). Please note we are a small team; controllers will be delivered within 3 weeks of ordering, faster if at all possible.

Due to the unfortunate reality with all official controllers, we can not be held responsible for joystick drift. We do offer an inexpensive repair services to fix drift problems if they arise

To extend the long life of your controller keep hands clean when playing, and for optional added protection consider a clear protective case.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of arrival and at buyers expense, unless controller arrives faulty or damaged. Abused products will not be accepted for returns.
