Just took off my plop and my hair looks extremely tangled and messy. I've tried numerous different techniques, conditioners, styling methods, etc and this always happens. Help me, Curl-lords! (details in comments)

So I decided to try and plop my hair until it dried, just to see what happens. After 6 hours it was still a little damp and she's hella crunchy but results.
